Affiliate Program Agreement

This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the XP-Chatroom Affiliate Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Program Overview

The XP-Chatroom Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new members to verified Discord servers listed on XP-Chatroom.com.

2. Eligibility

• Must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Must have a valid PayPal account for commission payments
• Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Must not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical practices

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Promote XP-Chatroom and its listed servers using your unique affiliate link
• Disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines
• Not engage in spamming, false advertising, or misleading claims
• Not use automated means to generate clicks or conversions
• Not bid on XP-Chatroom branded keywords in paid search campaigns

4. Commissions

• Commission rate: 30% of the verification fee ($30) for each referred server that completes verification
• Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal when balance reaches $50 or more
• Commissions are subject to a 30-day refund period
• XP-Chatroom reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days notice

5. Tracking & Reporting

Affiliates will have access to a dashboard showing clicks, conversions, and earnings. XP-Chatroom's tracking system will be the sole source for determining commission payments.

6. Term & Termination

This Agreement begins upon your acceptance and continues until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice.

7. Modifications

XP-Chatroom may modify any terms of this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

XP-Chatroom will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore/your preferred Indian city]

By participating in the XP-Chatroom Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
