The $30 verification fee covers our expert review process where we manually check each server to ensure it meets our quality standards, has appropriate content moderation, and provides a positive community experience. This one-time fee helps maintain the quality of our directory and prevents spam listings.

Our standard verification process takes 3-5 business days after payment is received. During peak times, it may take up to 7 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your server has been approved or if we need additional information.

Yes, if your server doesn't meet our guidelines and isn't approved, you'll receive a full refund of the verification fee. If your server is rejected for violating our terms (spam, inappropriate content, etc.), the fee is non-refundable.

Our affiliate program allows you to earn rewards by referring new server owners to list their communities on XP-Chatroom. You'll receive a unique referral link, and for every successful verification that comes through your link, you earn 20% of the verification fee. Top affiliates also get premium placement on our site.

To be listed, your server must:

• Have at least 100 active members
• Be at least 30 days old
• Have clear rules and active moderation
• Not contain illegal or harmful content
• Have a complete and accurate description

After logging in to your XP-Chatroom account, go to "My Listings" in your dashboard. From there you can edit your server's information. Changes to server name, category, or description will require brief re-verification (usually within 24 hours). Banner images and invite links can be updated instantly.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum). All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. We don't store your payment information on our servers.

Each server listing has a "Report" button that you can use to flag inappropriate content. Alternatively, you can email our moderation team at admindesk@xp-chatroom.com with the server name and details of your concern. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
