By accessing or using XP-Chatroom, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using XP-Chatroom on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

XP-Chatroom is a platform that:

• Provides a curated directory of Discord communities
• Offers server verification and listing services
• Operates an affiliate program for server promotion
• Facilitates connections between users and Discord communities

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

When using XP-Chatroom, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting server applications
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services
• Not use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

To be listed on XP-Chatroom, servers must go through our verification process:

1. Submit a complete application with accurate information
2. Pay the one-time verification fee of $30
3. Pass our expert review for quality and compliance

We reserve the right to reject or remove any server listing at our discretion. Reasons for removal may include but are not limited to:

• Violation of Discord's Terms of Service
• Providing false information during application
• Engaging in illegal or harmful activities
• Repeated user complaints about the server

Verification fees are non-refundable regardless of application outcome.

Our affiliate program allows verified server owners to track referrals through our platform:

• Affiliates receive unique tracking links
• We provide analytics on clicks and conversions
• Premium analytics ($30/month) offer detailed insights

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws regarding referral marketing and disclose their affiliate relationship where required.

All content on XP-Chatroom, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

By submitting content to XP-Chatroom (such as server descriptions or banners), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

XP-Chatroom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Listed servers will meet your expectations
• Any results obtained through our services will be accurate or reliable

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore/your preferred Indian city]

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using our services.
